I use a gentle and effective wax sold only to professionals. This particular line of wax sticks less to the skin and more to the hair to ensure complete removal. Whether it’s your first or 12th time waxing, I always follow the proper pre and post wax treatment so you feel comfortable during and after your session. Do not fake and bake or sun tan in the real sun 24 hours before and after waxing.
For facial waxing, please stop using any kind of topical exfoliant ie, Retin A, Renova, Acne treatments, etc.
HAIR should be around a 1/4 of an inch long for waxing. For Sugaring 1/16 of an inch.
PRE: You can take an ibuprofen/pain reliever or anti inflammatory 1/2 hour prior to your wax. Might be helpful if it's your first Brazilian rodeo.
IF you are receiving a body part wax including your vajayjay, exfoliate gently prior to the appointment. This doesn’t mean scrub your skin off. It means while you are in the shower use a loofah, washcloth, or puff, and gently exfoliate the area. This is also beneficial for preventing ingrown hairs. EXFOLIATE.
WEAR loose clothing the day of the appointment, tight clothing will suffocate the area which may cause irritation and/or ingrown hairs.
THAT time of the month? Could be a little more painful down there due to blood flow and sensitivities that come with your period. You can still have a tampon in, however, trim the string.
