It's a CIRCLE not a Square.

SKIN STOMACH BRAIN

it’s a circle not a square. They’re all connected and ever flowing back and forth to one another. Has this image totally confused you?? Let’s discuss

Skin is the first responder and the LARGEST organ - someone touches the skin it is either sending calming, soothing, safe signals to the brain and stomach or it’s sending run away, fight and tension, to the brain and stomach. Putting the nervous system into rest and digest or into fight or flight. Which system is better for the body to be in? Rest and digest, in this state the body creates more white blood cells, releases muscle tension, oxygenates the blood and way more stuff that I don’t have enough room to type thus giving skin a healthier, glowing complexion.

Brain affects the skin when it gets out of balance or stressed out it shows up on the skin in forms of rashes, hives, and other ways that your brain is sending messages through the skin.

Stomach. How does the skin affect the stomach? Because there are millions of receptors in the skin to; hot, cold, pain, and pressure. Depending on what receptor is trigged it tells the stomach to relax or to not relax.

Stomach to skin. What we put in our mouths has to be filtered. So if our body doesn’t like what we are eating it can show up on our skin as acne, rosacea, eczema, hives, and other rashes.

Stomach to brain. When the stomach isn’t receiving the proper nutrients or not able to absorb, or digest nutrients it will affect our thinking and/or how fast we think, or how cloudy our thoughts are, or how forgetful we are.

Brain to stomach. When we have a busy brain or under a constant amount of stress and thoughts the stomach is affected. Creates diarrhea or constipation, can have bloating and gas, acid reflux, hiccups, or even make you throw up.

Brain to skin. Again when we have a busy brain or too much stress going on in our heads our skin sometimes breaks out, becomes drier than normal, develops a weird rash, facial wrinkles become more noticeable.

I’m going to go ahead and stop rambling. Basically what I’m trying to say is that it’s a CIRCLE not a square, there are no corners to cut when it comes to your skin, body and mind. They are all connected and they work together. Moral of the story; just applying skin care products alone to your skin will not heal your skin condition. Attack it from the inside and you were experience lasting results and knowledge you can use throughout your life.
